Who ever experienced Pomp, Duch and Circumstance, the Eckart Witzigmann Palazzo or Jamie Oliver Dinner: Thomas Jaumann carried here as well as the kitchen director the culinary responsibility. Recently, he has been involved in the SAT-1 series 'Deutschlands Meisterkoch'.

The 43-years old celebrety cook uses unusual methods in order to communicate this credo to his employees . Consequently, his trainees plant tomato seeds at the begining to understand what they process.

No cuisine has been more fascinating for Cornelia Poletto than the Southern European. "Her freshness, lightness and diversity of taste is unsurpassable". This experience she would like to pass on to her guests. In the year 2000, she started up her own restaurant with her ex-husband Remigio Poletto. For her extraordinary culinary art she already received 1 year later a star in Guide Michelin, which she keeps ever since from year to year.

He also works as a foodstylist, recipe developer and cook book writer (current book "Fleisch satt") and realizes diverse events.
