KitchenAid: cooking system Chef Touch®

The celebrity cook and author Frank Buchholz presented the innovative sous vide cooking system Chef Touch® from KitchenAid®.

This is something that cooking fanatics and amateur gourmets have long been waiting for! The high-quality kitchen appliance brand KitchenAid® — which is well-known for unusual kitchen implements in exclusive designs — can now bring sous vide cooking techniques from the kitchens of famous multi-star restaurants into every household.

Chef Touch® is a coordinated cooking concept that consists of three different appliances and makes it possible to do sous vide cooking in every kitchen.

Food is packed airtight into a device that creates a vacuum around it. The steamer heats the sealed-in food, such as vegetables, fish or meat, in a particularly gentle process. And the shock froster makes it possible to keep raw or cooked specialities fresh for a long time.

Pyramis Deutschland GmbH: FAST EDDI

The microwave-steam cooking crockery FAST EDDI is a revolutionary invention with whom you can pressure-cook in a standard microwave. In an easy way, you can prepare fresh ingredients such as vegetables and white meat in only for 4 minutes to a tasteful dish. FAST EDDI goes without additional water and therefore the food maintains its glowing colour, is not overcooked and has an intensive taste. With this equipment, everyone can prepare healthy meals without huge cooking skills and thus avoid instant meals that eventually contain lots of artificial flavour, preservative and grease. Target groups are singles, who are interested in innovative cooking, but also for people, who want to loose weight through balanced diet, and also for the elderly, who want to cook fast and easily digestible portions.
